David is a stichting Tripod Foundation and Energy Institute accredited Tripod Beta Practitioner and trainer providing technical support and training to the Oil & Gas industry business. He has over 13 years experience having worked extensively as Safety and Environment practitioner across Shell Companies both regionally and globally.
He embraced the Tripod Beta Concept since 2005 and has deep understanding of the casual analysis and possible underlying issues to identify the main patterns and bring the broader implication to fore using the Tripod Beta tool. This astute skill has enabled him to lead several complex industrial accident investigations and deliver a range of process, personal & behavioral based safety trainings.
David is an active member of the Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals- NISP, Institution of Occupational Safety and Health- IOSH and the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management- IIRSM.
