Lisbeth Holberg is an accredited Tripod Beta trainer since 2013. She is a Master of Science (Environmental Chemistry) from University of Copenhagen in 1997 and worked as a teacher for semi-skilled workers and as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers for a few years, where she worked mainly with management systems and alternative accounts (green reporting and triple-bottom-line reporting). In 2000 she moved to the Danish national Oil & Gas company where she held various positions, all relating to oil and gas, exploration, and production such as Authority Contact on drilling fluids, QHSE Engineer, Lead Auditor, Lead Investigator until her final position as manager of the QHSE team in the drilling department. In 2009 Lisbeth started up as an independent consultant. Initially here projects were mainly acting as Lead Investigator in serious or complex investigations; over the years there are more projects in training and coaching of experts and managers in incident management and safety leadership. Lisbeth delivers Hearts & Minds sessions and is also a part of the Flying Squad since 2011, a network of investigators & analysts on standby 24/7 to support organisations with incident investigation. Lisbeth has delivered work in the North Sea region, US and Asia. Her expertise lies in the offshore industry, especially Oil and Gas and Wind farms, and in Construction, however she has worked in various other industries, e.g. power plants, marine-, shipping- and process industry.
